La Solatìa CIN: IT012113C23OTWTCQZ, CIR: 012113-CNI-00003 - is located in the heart of Porto Ceresio, 50 metres from the Piazza and the lake, next to the Appiani-Lopez Ethnographic Museum.
Refurbished in June 2017 and March 2023, the décor is stylish, simple and refined.
The ground floor provides an area to relax, with a comfy couch, wood-burning stove, information on things to do during your stay, a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, towels and complementary toiletries, a laundry area with detergents for use by guests, and a secondary entrance leading to the private parking space located in the courtyard.
The first floor features a kitchen with partial lake-view, fully equipped with appliances, utensils and table linen.
A spiral staircase leads to the second floor. The living room features a skylight with garden and mountain views, and is equipped with a comfortable two-person sofa-bed, stylish furniture and a TV; the bedroom looks out over the lake, and features twin beds (single and double linen available), a desk and a wardrobe with mirror. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, towels, complementary toiletries and a hair-dryer.
Guests have the use of two bicycles free-of-charge for the length of their stay.
